Overview

This all-in-one hotel platform was designed to digitize and connect multiple hotel departments—front desk, housekeeping, spa, POS, inventory, transport, and club services into a unified system. It aimed to reduce manual overhead, improve service speed, and increase operational visibility for mid to large-scale hotels.

Project Detail

As a Full Stack Developer and Lead, I oversaw the end-to-end architecture, developed feature modules for each department, and ensured seamless communication between services through shared APIs and role-based access. The frontend focused on clean, role-specific dashboards for staff, while the backend maintained performance and modularity for rapid deployment.

Key Highlights

• Designed a modular microservice-based architecture for pluggable department modules (Front Desk, Spa, POS, etc.)
• Built role-based interfaces for front office staff, housekeeping, and admin, ensuring focused UX
• Developed inventory & POS logic with real-time stock syncing and revenue reports
• Enabled workflow automation (e.g. room status syncs with housekeeping tasks)
• Integrated multi-terminal POS with club/bar modules and guest billing
• Implemented logging, auditing, and permissions across departments
• Delivered high-performance dashboards using live data streams and caching
