W2S Accounts is a modular accounting and bookkeeping platform built for SMBs to manage finances, generate reports, and maintain ledgers with accuracy and compliance. The system was built as part of a larger suite of SaaS business tools.

Project Detail

As a Solution Architect, I designed the system architecture to support modular financial features like ledger management, transaction tracking, GST/VAT handling, and multi-tenant separation. The platform followed domain-driven design principles and was built for extensibility, enabling integration with other W2S modules like CRM, HRM, and Inventory.

As a Full Stack Developer, I implemented dynamic account structures, a permission-based user system, and a responsive dashboard for real-time financial insights. The backend featured a layered service architecture, ensuring data integrity and security across all operations.

• Architected and implemented core modules: ledger, chart of accounts, journal entries, and automated trial balance generation
• Built scalable APIs and real-time dashboards using NestJS, Node.js, and React
• Ensured data isolation and security across tenants with role-based access controls
