W2S Kitchen Management is an enterprise-grade food production and logistics platform designed for restaurant consortiums, cloud kitchens, and central factory operations. It coordinates everything from recipe scheduling, batch cooking, and inventory management to inter-location logistics and kitchen staff workflows. The platform is internal-facing and used by chefs, operations teams, delivery drivers, and food service managers to streamline complex, multi-role kitchen operations at scale.
This system centralizes end-to-end kitchen management, enabling restaurant groups to handle production planning, cooking schedules, real-time recipe execution, vessel usage, and delivery logistics across multiple outlets. It also allows internal teams to coordinate food batches, track progress, manage inventory and vessels, and ensure timely deliveries from central kitchens to distributed restaurant locations.
As Solution Architect, I defined the modular architecture to support real-time kitchen production workflows and multi-location food logistics. I led the schema design for recipe batches, cooking states, inventory events, and transport routes, ensuring the system could scale across kitchens and outlets.
As Front-end Developer, I built interactive dashboards for kitchen staff, logistics coordinators, and warehouse teams. I developed dynamic UIs for real-time task assignment, recipe visualization, and role-based views using responsive design principles and stateful UI logic.
